The Personal Empowerment Recovery Coalition

​WELCOME!

The Personal Empowerment Recovery Coalition is a consumer run non-profit organization that was established in 2010 through the help and cooperation of the National Empowerment Center.  Since it's inception, PERC has set out to advocate, promote, and educate the public that recovery is possible through a compassionate, person-centered, trauma informed, peer- supported approach.

 

PERC plans to be a leader in the state by providing services such as WRAP, Emotional CPR (Ecpr) and Peer Support training.  We also are excited to host a state wide Institute with the Arkansas Behavioral Health Planning Advisory Council on July 11-15, 2018,   If your group or organization would like information or assistance from PERC please feel free to contact us.
